RTR-Rent the Runway

Happy Tuesday :) I thought I would give you guys a little info on one of my favorite websites, Rent the Runway. I absolutely love this site! For those of you who aren't familiar with RTR here's the short story...
Gorgeous designer cocktail dresses, gowns, and accessories for rent at 90% of retail value!

The website is super easy to navigate, which is a plus, and there are tons of designers to choose from. Some of my favs include:

Items can be rented for 4 or 8 days at a time. You can also rent a 2nd size for free!! I always take advantage of the 2nd size, you just never know! They always let you keep the super cute garment bag the dresses come in and they also send little gifts. I once got a free Dior compact mirror, Dior mini mascara, and a Dior mini clutch.

Stylists are always available to chat, returns are free and easy, and you can add a 2nd dress for only $25. Also, for a small fee you can get a stylist to pick out accessories to match your dress. My sister used this offer once was more than pleasantly surprised with the earrings that were chosen. Worried that you aren't the neatest girl out there? Don't worry, a $5 insurance fee is added to your total. RTR takes care of the dry cleaning.

I personally have rented from RTR twice. I rented a beautiful purple Nicole Miller gown for the 2011 Marine Corps. Ball and a sexy black Hervé Léger for my 24th birthday :) I LOVED them both!! It was really hard to send them back lol.

OK, I've spoken enough! I really hope you guys check out Rent the Runway :) They are awesome, have great costumer service and when you sign up they send you a coupon ;)

Lazy Days

Jeans: Hollister, Flats: H&M

Headband: H&M, Earrings: Forever21

Shirt: JCrew

Necklace: Zara

We all have those days that getting dressed and ready seems like an impossible task. Errands need to be run, that mani/pedi needs to be done, and we have to look presentable. I've learned that if you add accessories and make sure your hair and face is at least minimally done, you can make the most basic outfit super cute!
This is my lazy day outfit :)

One Cardigan Two Ways

Here are two ways to wear a boyfriend cardigan:

On Monday I posted the look on the left. Check it out here

Bag: JCrew $35 (on sale)

Cardigan: H&M $25, Jeans: H&M $25, Tank: H&M $10, Necklace: H&M $13

Summer to Fall

Clutch: Michael Kors

Dress: Target $25, Cardigan: H&M $25 (men's)

Shoes: Target (old)

Happy Monday!! :)

I wanted to show you how to incorporate your Summer clothes into Fall. Here I paired a cute high-low Summer dress with a men's cardigan. I love the boyfriend style! Cardigans and blazers are perfect matches for dresses in the Fall.

Here's a tip: When shopping in the men's section make sure you pick a size that is still flattering. Men's tops should still fit in the shoulders. At H&M, I get an extra small.

H&M's Passion for Red
