Woohoo, it's Friday!!!

 

While at the Outer Banks I was finally able to wear my vintage inspired swim suit :-D I've been wanting one for a while now and fell in love with this black and white polka dot print a few weeks ago. Now, I will be honest and say I didn't wear the bottoms out on the beach. I was determined to come home with a tan and I didn't think an Oreo belly would of been a good look in my other bikinis. LOL But I do LOVE this suit and cant wait to wear it again. :)

 Oh how I wish I was back at the beach! I believe this was our 2nd night at the house and we all decided to get dressed up and go out to eat at the local martini and tapas restaurant. It was sooo yummy! I'd been saving this particular outfit for our trip and was so excited to finally wear it. I came across this crop top at Urban Outfitters a couple weeks ago and it was honestly meant to be! LOL I mean, 1st it was on sale (Hello!), 2nd it was the only one left in my size, and 3rd it matched perfectly with this sheer maxi skirt from H&M. Don't you just love little fashion miracles like that?! This outfit is so chic and trendy and extremely affordable! The top and bottom alone were only $35 and when you add the sandals and clutch, the whole outfit is still under 90 bucks.

 

I can't wait to wear this look again! I'm thinking maybe roof top lounge? (Hint hint!)

Hi Loves!

 

My 1st beach outfit features this great find from the JCrew Factory store. With all the sale and discounts applied they were only 10 bucks! I was so mad at myself for not getting the white pair after realizing how affordable they came out to be. Oh well! I paired them with a floral button down shirt for a casual girlie preppy look. This outfit was super comfy and all under $100 :)

We stayed in Corolla, North Carolina with 3 other great couples. During our stay we were able to watch wild horses roam the beach, woke up early to see the beautiful sunrise, and my husband and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary :)

 

 

The small shops were super cute with all their beach themed knick-knacks. We even got to do a little  wine tasting at one ;)

Woohoo happy Friday!!!!

 

How awesome is this top from Forever 21?! I love the cool sorbet colors and the flowy open back. And at $14, you can not go wrong! This look is very similar to my previous post, Modern Classic, but a bit more "Summery" which I love. I try to incorporate more color in my looks during these hot months and I like how crisp this outfit came out. Plus, not including shoes, this look is under $100 :)

 

On another note, I leave for the Outer Banks tomorrow!! Yayy! Super excited to spend the week on the beach with great friends and of course finally break out my new vintage swimsuit LOL.

Hello lovelies! I'm Baaaack! :)

 

For the past 2 weeks I've been living at Forever 21 it seems! When that place is good, it's really good! I've purchased some great trendy pieces and this black and white Aztec print maxi was one of them. I paired it with simple accessories for an easy look.

 

I wore this outfit over the weekend for some shopping and sushi in Georgetown. Thank God for this dress because it was about 90 degrees out! LOL
