Happy Fall everyone! I cant believe that tomorrow will be the 1st of October. Next thing you'll know, we'll all be celebrating New Years. But, until then let's all enjoy the crisp days of Fall.

Here is a closer look at the outfit I wore to the Astana Fashion Weekend event that I mentioned in yesterday's post.

Over the weekend the Marriot hotel here in Astana held a fashion event called, Astana Fashion Weekend. It was a three day event where local businesses and designers came to together to showcase and sell their products. Items ranged from handmade knitwear, jewelry, apparel, handbags, and hats. I was really cool to see the local fashion trends. Here are some photos from the event.

Capes can be a great accessory. They give a simple outfit a little extra "umph" while being a great alternative for a light jacket. Last time I wore this cape was during NYFW in February. You can see that look here.
