New year, new Target collaboration! This one might be my absolute favorite!! Who What Wear is the go-to site for everything stylish. Celeb and blogger style, beauty trends, and tips and tricks are a few of their fortes. This new collection is inspired by blogger street style. This line will launch Sunday, Jan. 31st, and new pieces will debut the 1st week of every month. (On Target.com and in limited stores.) Prices will range from $14.99- $49.99 in sizes 2- 26.
