My Pork Belly Ramen Recipe

PORK BELLY RAMEN 🍜

(Serves 2)

6 cloves of garlic

1 tbs of sesame oil

2tbs chili paste

2tbs oyster sauce

2 tbs Soy sauce

1/2 tbs sriracha

2 packs of ramen

2 cups of chicken stock + 4 cups water

TOPPINGS

Pork belly (via @traderjoes)

Spicy roasted Brussel sprouts

Red onion

Crunchy garlic

Green onion

Cilantro

Avocado

Cook garlic in sesame oil until fragrant and tender. Add chili paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha. Stir together, add chicken stock and water.

Bring to a boil.

Add ramen and cook according to directions. Should be just a few minutes.

Remove from heat and serve immediately so ramen doesn’t overcook.

Add toppings and drizzle a little extra sesame oil.

(Feel free to make this vegan by omitting the pork & replacing chicken stock with vegetable stock!)

This is not an authentic ramen recipe but it’s delicious and definitely curves the craving. ENJOY & tag me if you make it. 😊😘🍜

Crunchy garlic

Fry 6-8 cloves of garlic in a small skillet with olive oil on medium high heat until garlic is a dark brown. Careful not to burn.

Spicy roasted Brussel sprouts

Season your desired amount of halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Cook in the air fryer at 350F for about 10 minutes, checking occasionally that they don’t burn.

ENJOY!!
