Fall Jumpsuit

Hat: Forever 21 $17, Jumpsuit: Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet $30, Bag: H&M $30

Today's look is another example of how to transition Summer pieces into Fall. I bought this jumpsuit at the Abercrombie outlet end of Summer sale. I fell in love with it right away but second guessed buying it because we only had a few more weeks of warm weather. I'm glad I bought it because it is incredibly comfortable and transitions well into chillier weather. I think I'll add a boyfriend cardigan and booties to this look when it gets colder.

Talk to you guys soon!

Blogger Confessions: Bloopers

Happy Thursday! I thought today I would do something different and show you some "behind the scenes" footage of what it's like on a average day with little 'ol me. Now, I know I come across pretty cool, put together, adorable, and sweet on a daily basis (which is obviously TRUE) but there is a lot of crazy in here too! A lot of that crazy seems to come out right when the camera does LOL. Now here is a confession, bloggers are normal (sometimes cray cray) people too! Gasp! Shocker right?! We are nowhere near perfect and here's the proof. Here are some blooper shots that didn't make it on the blog.

A special thank you to Angel for always putting up with me during shoots. I know I can be a handful LOL.

Love you guys!

I wasn't kidding when I said this fringe bag and fedora were going to be on repeat. While I'm at it, lets add this bad ass leather jacket to the list!

Happy Tuesday!

Today's outfit is all about transition. And by that I mean transitioning your Summer pieces into Fall. You can still wear your dresses and skirts in the chillier months, just add some cool Fall pieces so they don't look so out of place. Two of my favorite pieces to wear for Fall are hats and boots. No surprise I added a fedora and booties to this dress. Now, I'm obsessed with this fringe bag from H&M. I will be wearing it on a daily basis so I apologize in advance. (OK OK. And the hat too.) LOL I think it really gave this look some added coolness.

Don't forget the 1st day of Autumn is a week from today! :)

Wishing everyone a great week! TTYL.

NYFW: rewardStyle Blogger Party

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of attending rewardStyle's fashion week blogger party. It was my first time attending an event during fashion week and I was beyond excited. The party was a blast. It was held on the rooftop of the Empire Hotel right across the street from Lincoln Center (where the actual fashion shows take place). It was so much fun getting to meet bloggers that I admire and follow on a daily basis. The party was for bloggers who use rewardStyle's program on their blogs and pictures on Instagram. The program allows readers and followers to shop their favorite looks with ready-to-shop links. After the party, some other fashion bloggers and myself went across the street to Lincoln Center and attended the Academy of Art's fashion show. This was my first fashion show and it was so surreal. Let's just say that this weekend was the best weekend ever! LOL
Here are some (tons really) pictures of the event:

Denim Shirts & Midi Skirts

{Photos by Angel Rodriguez}

Shirt: JCrew Factory, Skirt: H&M (similar here), Booties: Urban Outfitters $40 (sale), Clutch: Salt and Sundry (gift)

Another day, another midi skirt! LOL Since Fall is right around the corner I thought it was fitting to style this midi skirt for chillier days. The weather was rainy and bit colder this day so I opted for booties instead of heels or flats.

Hope you guys like! Talk to you soon.
