This look was from our first day in Almaty. As soon as we landed, we changed clothes and headed out to explore. I was so excited to be in warmer weather. Winter is in full swing here in Astana and lately I've been in long coats and snow boots. It felt so good to finally enjoy Fall weather.

Over the weekend my husband and I traveled down to southern Kazakhstan and visited the city of Almaty. The weather was warmer, the views were mountainous, and the neighborhoods surprisingly familiar.
While the visit was short, we had a great time! This week I'll be sharing photos from our trip including views, what I wore, and of course yummy food. I hope you enjoy!
